TIMBERWOOD CABIN PROOF OF INSURANCE REQUIREMENT FORM

All productions, including film, television, photography, influencer content, commercials, cooking shows, corporate meetings, and other media projects, must provide proof of insurance and damage waiver coverage before finalizing a reservation at Timberwood Cabin.

Minimum Coverage Amount: $1,000,000 USD if applicable

Timberwood Cabin must be listed as an additional insured party on the policy.

The Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted before the scheduled reservation date and payment.

Damage Waiver Coverage a must for every reservation

If the insurance and/or coverage is not provided, the reservation will not be confirmed and access to the property will be denied.

The policy covers general liability, property damage, and third-party liability.

The policy is valid for the entire duration of the reservation.

A copy of the Certificate of Insurance (COI) is attached/uploaded to this form.

5. CERTIFICATION & AGREEMENT(Required)

I understand that failure to provide proof of insurance will result in my reservation not being confirmed.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timberwood Cabin and its owners from any liability claims, damages, or losses that may occur during my rental period.
