Disturbing the Peace is an Ordinance Violation in Big Bear Lake. Please keep noises to a minimum, including children playting loudly, parties and any other loud activities between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Each Property is licensed to accommodate a maximum amount of people. Day or Night. Overcrowding is Dangerous, disrespectful, and Illegal. Please do not exceed the designated amount of people during your stay.
Clean Bear Trash Sites are available in the city of Big Bear Lake.

NO OPEN FIRE AND WOOD BRUNING ANYWHERE IN BIG BEAR. IT IS ILLEGAL AND PROHIBITED IN THE BEAR VALLEY.
BIG BEAR LAKE Ordinance limits the number of cars that may park at each property. This number is displayed on a sign at each property. Parking more that the posted number of vehicles is considered an ordinance violation and is subject to fines.
Please use common sense when parking. Do not block streets or corners and keep all cars parked in the driveway.
During snow condition, DO NOT BLOCK SNOWPLOWS OR PARK ANYWHERE ON THE STREET. THE FINE for blocking the street during Snow Condition is $150 dollars or possibly of being towed. If you happen to have more than the posted sign, please call our management company to explain.
