Property Access & Security

🔑 Accessing the Property:

     To ensure the property remains secure, the front door access code will only be provided on the day of check-in and within 2 hours of your arrival.

🚨 Strictly Enforced:

    • The code will not be given in advance for security reasons.
    • Always lock the door securely after entering and leaving the property.
    • It is YOUR responsibility to secure the property for the length of your stay. Be WISE.

Upon Your Arrival & During Your Stay

    1. After your registration to stay at Timberwood Cabin, and on time of check in, you will be contacted with the proper instructions on how to access the premises.
    2. If you experience any issues during your stay, please contact the management for quickest response time 24 hours a day. Please try your best to contact us from 8am to 10pm, unless it is an emergency.
    3. Please report any broken or damaged items that you discover upon your arrival at the Timberwood Cabin so we can document it and you will not be responsible for it.
    4. Please do not remove any of the homes’ belongings from the premises. You will be responsible for it and it will be charged to your account.
    5. Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house. The owners have everything placed to their preference.
    6. Owner’s Cabinets, closets and/or rooms are not to guests use. Please refrain from entering any locked areas on the property.
    7. Please act responsibly towards this privately owned home as the owners have provided the amenities for everyone to enjoy.
    8. If you experience any issues that require attention outside our normal hours of operation, contact us at 909-435-7841/ This is for emergency only. If your call is not an emergency and you call this number, there will be a charge added to your reservation. Please respect our rules.
