I confirm that a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 will be provided before the reservation (if applicable).

I confirm that a Damage Waiver must be purchased prior to any reservations and a credit card must be saved on file for copay and for any damages above $3000 USD will be my responsibility.

I acknowledge that Timberwood Cabin and its owners are not liable for any injuries, lost items, or damages incurred during the rental.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timberwood Cabin and its owners from any claims or legal actions arising from my activities on the property.
