“Enjoy the Hot Tub Spa, but always supervise children closely; never leave them unattended near the open jacuzzi.”

     The following rules and guidelines have been set forth for your safety and the benefit of maintaining this privately owned Spa. Due to the costly nature of maintaining a Spa, these rules are strickly enforced.

1. 1. Please shower prior to entering the Hut Tub Spa
   2. Pets are not permitted in the Spa, Period
   3. Glass should never be in or around the Spa. Drinking bottles or Glasses must always be kept away from the Spa.
   4. Please Dry Off  thoroughly before entering the house to prevent you from Slipping
   5. Nerver leave any loose articles in the Spa. If anything valuable that you dropped and unable to retrieve, please call our office immediately to help you retrieve it so it wont damage the Spa.
   6. It is very important that the Water Level never goes below the Jets. This can be easily avoided by not splashing water our of the Spa. If for any reason the water level seems to be decreasing, please add water from the hose near the Spa or call our office the address the issue to help prevent damage to the Spa.
