Trash Disposal Information

     Per city Ordinance, anyone who rents on a vacation basis is required to dispose of their own trash. You may take your trash to one of the following sites to dispose of it for FREE.

Clean Bear Trash Sites are available in the city of Big Bear Lake.

     For your convenience, we do offer trash pick up for an additional fee. The cost is $50 USD and covers up to 6 trash bags.

Please call the office to arrange and add on your reservation.

Note:

     Should you fail to dispose of your trash or arrange for trash pick up, You will be charged automatically the fee of $ 50.00 USD on your reservation.
