Upon Departure

1. Please be sure to Close and Lock all doors that lead to the inside of the house
2. Please make sure to Turn Off all lights inside and outside and don’t forget the Gazebo lights too.
3. Please Wash, Dry and put away any dishes used during your stay.
4. Please Turn Off the Thermostate and do not leave the Heater or Airconditioner on.
5. Please make sure you contact the Management company to confirm and inform your Departure and Check Out.
6. Per City and County Ordinance, it is Required that all persons renting on vacation rental basis, to dispose or their trash at one of the two “Clean Bear” public sites.
