     Our Management Team is dedicated to ensuring that you have an exceptional vacation and make the most of your Big Bear experience. Please feel free to contact our office at any time, day or night, if you need assistance or have any questions during your stay. We are committed to doing our utmost to accommodate you.

Upon Your Arrival & During Your Stay

1. 1. After your registration to stay at Timberwood Cabin, and on time of check in, you will be contacted with the proper instructions on how to access the premises.
   2. If you experience any issues during your stay, please call Cool Cabins for quickest reponse time 24 hours a day at 310-780-3411.
   3. Please report any broken or damaged items that you discover upon your arrival at the Timberwood Cabin so we can document it and you will not be responsible for it.
   4. Please do not remove any of the homes’ belongings from the premises. You will be responsible for it and it will be charged to your account.
   5. Please do not rearrange the furniture in the house. The owners have everyting placed to their preference.
   6. Owner’s Cabinets, closets and/or rooms are not to guests use. Please refrain from entering any locked areas on the property.
   7. Please act responsibly towards this privately owned home as the owners have provided the amenities for everyone to enjoy.
